Where can I watch the fireworks in Scarborough for free?

There are a lot of great free ways to watch fireworks in Scarborough on Bonfire Night 2024:

Peasholm Park: This is one of the most famous places to see an amazing fireworks show, as well as live music and a campfire. There are beautiful views of the fireworks from the park, especially if you rent a boat on the lake and watch from the water.

Scarborough Castle: Go to Scarborough Castle for a unique way to see things. The castle has beautiful views of the bay, and on the grounds of the castle, there is often a torchlight parade that adds to the atmosphere.

North Bay Beach: Anyone who wants a good view of the fireworks show over the water should go to this spot because it doesn’t block their view.

Oliver’s Mount: For a wider view, Oliver’s Mount is a good spot. From there, you can see the fireworks from all over the town and along the coast.

The Burniston and Cloughton bonfire, which is also close and free, has a campfire, food stands, and a market that make it feel like a cozy community gathering.

You should get there early to get a good spot, because these places fill up fast. Have fun with the fireworks and the party mood!
