Race For Life Scarborough 2015

Race For Life Scarborough 2015 will take place on Wednesday 15th July at 7pm.

The majority of people will have had or know someone affected Cancer. Race for Life is a brilliant way to get involved in the fight against Cancer and to raise vital funds to help research into all cancers.

Race for Life Scarborough 2015 like last year will have a 5k and 10k (same as the 5k just repeated) run for you to take part in.

5k is just over three miles and is achievable for all ages and abilities so you can take part, you can run, jog or walk or maybe a little of all three.

10k is a little over 6 miles and is again very achievable for anyone willing to take on the challenge.

The Route on the Day.

Everyone taking part will gather in the Sealife Centre carpark taking in the atmosphere and taking part in a fun warm up before the klaxon sounds. If you fancy dressing up in Pink go for it, plenty of people did last year and it was a sea of pink at the start line.

The Scarborough route starts and finishes on the Promenade just outside the Sealife Centre car park running through the open air theatre and along the sea front. The route is all on hard standing ground and is mostly flat with an amazing atmosphere plenty of family and friends come out and support everyone taking part.
